Watch their unfiltered, live reactions as they encounter Sofia’s brutal first-person attacks, choose weapons under pressure, and experience the dread of hearing their own recorded voices echoing through the haunted halls for the first time.
All gameplay footage was captured live as the cast played directly on developer Emanouel Pontikakis’s trusty Lenovo ThinkPad laptop.

Night Whisper Lane: Anniversary Edition – Boss Battles Evolution
See 14 years of survival horror combat evolution! In this side-by-side comparison, we look back at how boss battles in Night Whisper Lane evolved from the original 2012 mobile launch (v1.0) to the animated mobile update (v1.0.1) and into the completely rebuilt PC Anniversary Edition.
All classic 2012 gameplay was captured live directly from a physical tablet running the original iOS versions, showing the direct contrast against the modernized PC engine.
Combat Evolution Highlights:
v1.0 (2012): Simple sprite collision attacks, static damage, and Sofia armed with a single dagger.
v1.0.1: Added animated combat encounters on mobile tablets.
Anniversary Edition (PC): Fully rebuilt first-person perspective (Victor’s hands & 12 weapon options), NES Friday the 13th screen-advancing threat, unpredictable D&D-style dice system tuned per encounter, visible progressive injury states, and brutal multi-hit combos.
Remember: Sofia never heals. In classic slasher cinema, monsters don’t drink potions—they just hit harder.
Fourteen years after the original release, indie developer Emanouel Pontikakis returns to his debut commercial game. Rebuilt for modern PC with noir cutscenes, a live room-by-room minimap, tactile in-game pager, instant-death traps with safe-room autosave recovery, and Day-One Boss Rush 2.0.

SNAX Lite High Score Tournament Coming to Event 002
EPX Games will be hosting a FREE-TO-PLAY SNAX Lite High Score Tournament during Event 002 on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at the Magna Centre
800 Mulock Drive
Newmarket, Ontario
Players can compete for the highest score throughout the event, with the TOP 5 PLAYERS WINNING FEATURED ROOKIE CARD PRIZES!
The tournament will feature a LIVE LEADERBOARD, allowing participants to follow the standings as new scores are recorded. No registration is required to play, and no personal information is displayed on the public leaderboard. Scores are tracked using individual player numbers.
